Beautiful home on Greenwood Lake that sleeps up to 15! The Lynch Family invite you to their second home, Tara House, featuring lakefront access to Greenwood Lake, New York. Start your day with coffee on the lakefront deck and watch the swans fly by and the fish jump in the lake! In the summer, activities include boating, fishing, swimming and water skiing. Have fun playing horseshoes or volleyball in the backyard, or perhaps you might enjoy a movie at one of the last remaining drive-in theaters in the country. In the winter hiking, ice fishing and skiing are all on tap. If relaxation is what you came for, head out to the back porch to relax in the 7 person massage therapy pool, or curl up by the fireplace and enjoy a good book. This home has it all and is roomy enough for the whole family.
Tara House offers a master bedroom suite which features a king size bed, private bathroom with a 6' jacuzzi tub and private deck overlooking the lake. The other three upstairs bedrooms feature queen sized beds. One of the Queen sized rooms has a twin bed. These rooms share a ceramic tiled bath and offer either lake or mountain views. The fifth bedroom which is located on the first floor is handicapped accessible. This bedroom features three twin beds which can configured any way you need and provides a separate bath with 5' shower. In the living room there are two couches and many comfortable chairs.
Summer brings out the best as you can go to Sterling Ridge Paintball, Ski and Tubing Center and Renaissance Festival only 4 miles away. A little further away is the Mountain Creek Adventure Park which is a great thrill ride park and fantastic skiing in the winter. And did we mention wineries, shopping, antiquing and more. All in the beautiful Hudson Valley, New York's playground.
Tired of all the outside activities? Join the family in the game room on our new pool table or table tennis, cards or board games. Need another diversion? Just want to sit back and relax? Take a nap on the luxurious sofas or turn on the giant screen cable TV, or the gas fireplace, and unwind. Everything is provided. Just bring your linens and towels and you are off for a fantastic adventure. Or for an additional charge we will even provide linens!
